“DAMN! Is that the Sweet Smell of Mary Jane?” Those are the words that came out of my mouth while inspecting a 4-unit property with a client. With each unit we entered the marijuana scent was getting stronger and stronger. I must have had quite the contact buzz when I final got to this unit because these are some janky photos! This was one of the sources of the smell. The tenant had a small grow. When I asked the tenant where the plants are the reply was, “I smoked them all!”
